Purchasing a Watch with us

All our products are sent by Insured Courier, therefore you should receive you order the next working day. This service is completely free on all UK orders.

Watches purchased through our website have to be posted out to the same address as the billing address. However if you want to view or collect an item, if you contact our sales team they would be happy to make an appointment for you to come into one of our stores to complete your purchase.  You may then use debit/credit cards and may be able to pay in part in cash.

We do our best to ensure that you don’t have any problems with your product, but if you do, don’t hesitate to contact us

Returns must be unused and in the same condition as when we sent the watch out to you.

Returns must be made within 14 working days after the day you receive your product and you are advised to use a secure postal method.

All of our watches come with our 12 month guarantee as a minimum and any remaining manufacturers warranty. Should the problem with the watch be covered under this warranty then it will be repaired free of charge and returned to you. However if you have problems and the watch is still under the manufacturers warranty you are able to send it back to the manufacturer yourself or alternatively we can do this on your behalf.  Many of the watches that we sell, now have the balance of a 5 year manufacturer warranty, but check first.
